Wedding Extras:

  1. We use your wedding planner to create a 1 page chronology of the wedding events. We then
make copies of the schedule and give one to the bride & groom, best man & woman,
photographer and caterer so that everyone is aware of what is happening and when.
  2. We carry an emergency garter in the rare case you forgot yours!
  3. Breath freshening sprays, combs, brushes and hair spray are available if needed.
...of course, this is just a guideline of traditional wedding receptions and can be modified as you see fit. On the
next page is a Wedding Planner worksheet which you should fill out to fashion the sequence of events at your
reception. Also, please spell out the names of all the people in your wedding party phonetically (FO-NET-ICK-
LEE) if want us to get them right! In addition, please give us the names of the 10 top songs you would like
played during the open dance segment. If there are songs you don’t want played, please let us know which
ones they are. Relax, and have fun planning your reception party!
